Cancellation policy
- Appointment £30 booking fee is non refundable.
- cancelled appointments will be charged full value to the card stored on the booking system if under 24 hours notice given before appointment date & time. Multiple card payment attempts can be made to ensure payment is made. In circumstances where the requested value cannot be successfully charged another amount not exceeding 100% appointment value may be attempted.
- cancelled appointments will be charged 50% of the value to the card stored on the booking system if more than 24 hours and less than 48 hours notice given before appointment date & time. Multiple card payment attempts can be made to ensure payment is made. In circumstances where the requested value cannot be successfully charged another amount not exceeding 50% of appointment value may be attempted.
- not attending appointments without any previous communication as stated in the terms above will be classed as "no show" and full payment will be requested from the card used to make the booking. Payment value can be anything from full value of appointment and under. Multiple card payment attempts can be made to ensure payment is made.
- For toxin appointments - cancelled appointments will be charged full value to the card stored on the booking system if under 48 hours notice given before appointment date and time. This is due to cost of stock which is prescribed on a patient by patient basis. Multiple card payment attempts can be made to ensure payment is made. In circumstances where the requested value cannot be successfully charged another amount not exceeding 100% appointment value may be attempted.
